hey guys, it’s been a rough few weeks. i’ve been seeing a new counselor, but they take a very abstract approach that hasn’t been very helpful for short-term help. i keep having intrusive thoughts about contamination by germs and chemicals and it’s made simple things like doing the dishes or showering or even eating really hard. i don’t really know what i’m looking for here, but some support might help my brain out.
