I’ve been having these mental intrusive thoughts and as well as finding relief through physical compulsions, I have been fighting mental compulsions as well. This has made me lose concentration and focus during conversations and has made me feel as if i am living a different reality than to that i perceive. i don’t know how to deal with it and i’m honestly pretty scared
