Being completely honest here: I haven’t really had any relationships. But from what I’ve learned and observed, I definitely think that you will find someone that likes you for you. I have autism, anxiety, depression, and adhd, so I’m struggling with this too at an extent. ☺️

I'd also like to add we have one kiddo and another on the way. Looking to buy a house, plenty of chickens and pets. My husband has severe ADHD and we just kinda make it work. I think it helps that we both are struggling and understand both of us can't always help the things we say or do. As for relationship advice, be prepared to apologize when you are in the wrong! It's the hardest thing for me because my BPD makes me think I'm the victim and I'm usually not. It's usually pretty even. So we both apologize eventually lol

6 years into my BPD diagnosis, 4 years through therapy, happily in love for 5 years, and married 2 of those ❤️ It happens. I seriously thought it wouldn't. I even told my husband when we first met, I don't do relationships because people with BPD "can't love" he spent weeks studying BPD and it was history from there. I think the right partner saved my life. But you can also be VERY successful without one as well until you find someone. I know a few BPDer's who do better getting better alone. The biggest advice I can give is, be honest with yourself and your counselor if you have one. Notice when you're manipulating, splitting, and not seeing clearly. It takes a lot of hard work but you can do it. I promise ❤️ Good luck! 😊
