Been downwind this migraine for over a week. So bad that I've thrown up which isn't a common effect. I'm normally nauseous but actually throwing up has only happened a few times in the 10 years I've suffered with chronic migraines. so far the only thing that's helped my migraine is ice switching from the back of my neck and my forehead but it's only dulled the pain slightly
