Oh hun ,thats horrible! I know how bad they can be .Probably a silly question ,but have you tried an ICE helmet ?? i have one and it really helps me ! I'd rather have the pain of a frozen head (I quite like it ) than the pain of a migraine !x

Diagnosed 20 years ago with chronic migraines ,I can relate to this so much ,and i realy feel your pain .A couple of years ago i was like you and was having excruciating migraines every single day ,always with nausea ,it got to the point that i just wanted someone to knock me out because the pain was unbearable ! I was diagnosed with hemoplegic migraines ,so along with nausea i have paralysis too down one side of my body ! I've had every type of migraine medication available and also tried homeopathic remedies too ..nothing worked until about 12 months ago when i finally started having botox injections ,the difference is amazing ! They haven't stopped , but the frequency and the severity has improved massively! What are you Currently taking for yours !
