I'm 17 and have a kid, I'm living with my boyfriend's parents and have been struggling with medication which has led me to anxiety and depression. they say I'm diagnosed with those and also schizophrenia behavior. I've very confused as I am as a person. I've been talking to helplines and also have a therapist. I'm doing coping skills such as: writing a marker on me, reading, watching my favorite TV shows, going to the gym, chakra healing and crystals, ASMR videos, squeezing a pillow, playing the guitar a little, baking, taking a bath, vaping essential oils, doing school work, riped paper, playing music, hang out with friends, get a piercing, cleaning my room, set goals for 2023, taught my pet a new trick, and more but all these things, like why do I have to be on my flight or fight mode all the time. why can't I just be okay?

I think there might be something that might make you subconsciously nervous or on edge. You're also a parent, which means you can always feel on edge because taking care of a child is really hard and difficult. Personally I don't suggest vaping, even if it's essential oils because it's not good for your lungs. You're 17 and a parent, it's really difficult especially since you're still in school. It seems like you're battling a lot all at once which can be extremely stressful. I remember when I was 17 and in school and going through a lot, but I can't imagine how hard it must be for you. I would talk to your therapist about getting to the root of the problem instead of just coping with your symptoms, I know that once I started doing that, it really helped. You got this, just remember that you're strong and you'll get through this. Just remember that you don't need to be afraid to ask for help
@lifeismid well vaping is a cooling skill of mine and I don't do it around my kid and it's better for me. I'm trying to get comfortable with my therapist too. Yes it's difficult
