Hi, I’m looking for relief and hopefully helpful suggestions. My RLS is more bothersome than my (4) Back Surgeries. Including a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I’m taking Carbadopa/Levodopa which really helps, but not reliable enough. It can go on for HOURS, & I’ve had 6 sleep studies! What are u doing/using for relief? I have a TempurPedic mattress, but the sleep study had a sleep # bed that CG elevates ur head, this helped my sleep apnea very much… but the co$t??
