Can't Sleep Despite CPAP Use

Has anyone had this problem, too? to preface, I have had my CPAP for almost a year now. I can sleep 10 hours one night and still feel like I haven't slept at all... in days. I am constantly thinking about sleep. my sleep dr put me on iron, magnesium, and vitamin C supplements to try and help but nothing is working. I'm really desperate for some answers.

My sleep apnea was actually caused by a pituitary tumor emitting growth hormone it widened my tongue & swelled the cartilage in my nose & face. Once the tumor was removed I still have the sleep apnea but I also have my energy back no brain fog & no more joint pain.
