My depression and especially anxiety don’t seem to bother me when I get up in the morning but around 10:30am till 6 at night it starts getting worse and worse. Idk how to make it stop because even though I am doing better than I have been lately, I’m still having bad issues during this time of the day. Any suggestions?

Try talking to your doctor & let them know what’s going on, maybe change of meds or increase
Yeah I definitely feel better in general in the AM. After around 2pm or so it’s back to brain fog and eeyore mood.
Maybe try talking to your Dr. You may need sonething to help you relax
