Pain and depression always seem worse at night for me.. Is this the case for anyone else ?

      So you are absolutely correct. Symptoms will always be worse at night due to the body tightening up and getting ready to sleep.

      Same for me. Its because on a night time there's nothing todo. Through the day I'm busy on an evening I'm sat stuck with my thoughts

      It's the same for me (except for the pain part). At night everything feels so still and I feel so alone, and it makes my mental health issues act up more

      Things tend to be calmer around you at night which should be relaxing but in reality it just means you have less to focus on so all of the thoughts and emotions creep in. Keeping busy helps me. Listening to music, writing, playing a game, talking to a friend or etc.
