Why do my migraines get so intense and how can I minimize the pain I get so nauseous and I get so dizzy and I sometimes can’t even move or talk temporarily they get so bad I don’t know what to do

      I have them exactly the same. I have started ketamine treatments and they have helped tremendously

      I'm sorry your migraine's are so intense. I often experience nausea, vertigo, neuropathy, and syncope with mine. I use maxalt and a migraine relief cap while resting in a dark, quiet room. I haven't found anything that helps enough to work through it though. I have to stop and treat them whenever I start experiencing them. I find that the sooner I can treat the migraine, the sooner I can get back to doing things.
