My name is Hope. I am 24 years old and have severe fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, and endometriosis. I had my gallbladder removed and have had lots of kidney stones, and I struggle with vitamin D deficiency and anemia. I have nerve damage that makes me incredibly nauseous to the point that I lost over 50 pounds at one point because I couldn’t eat. I’m doing better on nutrition and have a good regimen of meds that keep my symptoms manageable, but I still have rough times. Any tips on how to manage chronic pain and nausea?

Ginger candies help me with nausea. I take an LDN for fibro pain and it works wonders. I also have taken promethazine for nausea related to migraines and it works pretty well for me. I also use nutritional shakes to help me on days when I don't feel like I can eat. You have to make sure you find one that tastes good to you though or it'll be impossible to finish. I drink Boost because it comes in a lot of flavors and I like most of them. I also keep mints and mint tea around because they help with nausea too! Good luck!

Low vitamin d is likely exacerbating your other symptoms, so I would focus on that first. Ginger supplements work for me & controlling constipation with produra probiotics at Target. Look into LDN as well.

I suggest you change doctor. Did you have your records. You need to show your doctor your records, say that you need relief and the shots aren't helping. I'm so sorry for your suffering. I hope you get relief soon.🕯️🙏❤️

I take oxycodone for pain and if I want to get anything done it is usually after my 2nd dose that I feel good enough but not always and for nausea I drink chamomile tea or emetrol works good and you could try medical marijuana🤗
