Dealing with Chronic Nausea: My Story

I've experienced daily nausea for at least 5 years. Sometimes really minor, sometimes really, really terrible. Rarely do I vomit. No one can figure anything out.

I’m sorry you have to go through this! Constantly being nauseous is horrible! I have the same issue. For me it’s my fibromyalgia. With fibromyalgia, your body’s Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) is stuck in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). Your body sends most of its energy to the survival systems. Some systems go hyper, and Your eyes dilate for sharper vision, your muscles get extra o2 and energy to run or fight, your kidneys release adrenaline to fuel the additional energy/increase heart rate, your liver releases glucose for energy, etc. …. Unfortunately, some systems go hypo and slow down or relax. All the things you aren’t going to worry about when a bear is chasing you. Your bladder relaxes, your stomach inhibits digestion, and your intestines inhibit digestion, and so on. Im not saying this is for sure the same thing you’re facing? But, whatever the cause… It’s no fun! Praying you feel better and get some relief!!!

I have the same issues I did not realize it could be fibro related. That's one of my illnesses I have not researched as much.
