Hi, I won't claim to manage my pain, but I do get some relief from dry needling, trigger point release, cupping, and gentle manipulations from my PT. I also use vitamin C and magnesium which seem to help with my inflammation.

Ginger is good for nausea. I get regular full body massages. I just started doing them this year. I'm obese, so I was always shy about getting them. How stupid I was!! The massages have helped me walk better, posture better, and just feel better, which in turn is helping me to take care of myself better. Go see a masseuse!!
