I am on several medications, but other than that I have a ice pack eye mask that I got at target that I really like, and I find it helpful to sit in a shower with either really cold or hot water

Once a month I give myself injections. It’s a fairly new drug called Emgality. It’s been working really well for me and my neurologist interestingly enough. And of course I have the option of taking sumatriptan if I feel a migraine coming on.

Also I tried cold ice packs and my Dr. Prescribed meloxicam (mobile 7.5 mg) it helps with muscle pain and I take it twice a day and protects me from migraines the whole Day. 😅 it's one of the side effects that happen to be a perk as well... good luck fellow warrior 💪
I bought some generic Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo... it cools the scalp and it feels like heaven.
Sleep is the only thing that ever works for me. But I did the botox and my migraines went down from average of every other day to around 8 per year. It felt like a miracle
Sleep and then caffeine and exedrin migraine. I've tried prescription treatments to prevent but they only seems to cause more frequent migraines for me.
I cut grains and sugar from my diet and my migraines have all but disappeared. They only show up when I’m stressed, or when I’ve been in bright light without sunglasses for too long.
I’m personally wear a soft neck brace when I feel a migraine coming on - for me as an EDS patient the working theory is that it is due to cervical instability. The brace seems to help

Alternating hot and cold on the back of your neck every 20 minutes. It stimulates the nerves that usually give us migraines. If that doesn’t work, I’d go with a dark room method with an eye mask & tea.
weighted eye mask, loop earbuds, ice roller
An ice pack maybe, tea or soup, hot shower
