I am way too attached to certain people and I don’t know what to do. I’m not sure if it’s like ocd or what it is but I know it’s u healthy.

    Try focusing very heavily on self care. Also try journaling, or really any creative outlet. I used to also be dependent on other people and the way I changed that was by spending a lot of time alone with myself. Hated it, but it worked, and being creative really helps as well
