it's so stressful dealing with diabetes. I try to keep my sugars under control but I have binge eating disorder so I binge and then my sugar is between 300 and 400 for most of the day I already have neropathy and I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with my eyes too. I don't wanna keep living this way because I know if I don't get it under control I will die soon but I can't find help any where. If any one has anything that could help please let me know.

I also am struggling with the same thing. I can’t stop eating at the wrong times and often eat too many snacks. I try to cover as much as I can but end up chasing a high blood sugar for hours :(

I’m not a medical expert so take my comment with a grain of salt, but I was put on Vyvanse for my ADHD and my binge eating disorder and it really helped with both! The only problem is in high dosages it can cause tics, so start at a lower dose and work upwards if it’s not enough. I hope my comment helped! And as always, anyone feel free to message me at any time :)

❤️❤️❤️ my heart goes out to you.. I used to binge eat but now that I am seeing a psychiatrist she's helped me see the errors in my ways. Now my blood sugars are but the most part under 200.. sometimes they are under 100 but my doctor went from 18 units down to 10 units of insulin.. and my night insulin from 38 down to 30. Sickness and stress can bring your blood sugar up I take three oral pills in addition to the insulin that I get and I get insulin at every meal. The way my doctor does it if it's under $150 I didn't get no insulin. Otherwise it's 10 units no matter what no sliding scale. Please DM me if you like to talk more about it. So I don't have all the right answers maybe I can scare you in the right direction please take care of yourself check your feet for foot ulcers everyday

Couple of things I can recommend first off when you're binge eating make sure to notice how much insulin you take second off I would suggest if you have noticed that you're taking higher binges over a certain period that you talk to your diabetes doctor and have them up your insulin ratio and if you're not already get put on sliding scale insulin instead because that can make it easier to keep your sugar under your control and make sure to dose whenever you can❤️🤗 hope this helps💕
