I eat under or over or purge. Mines a cycle of that. Right now im on the good side and liking my body. Have you try eating healthy foods when you binge that way you wobt gain as much weight

When I started Ozempic, I most completely lost any will to eat. I literally had to force myself to eat at least once a day just to get some nourishment.

Are you trying to restrict your intake during the day? Sometimes bingeing is a response to extreme hunger. Is there something else bothering you that is causing the binges? Eating disorders aren't about the food; there's always something deeper causing it. If the eating disorder didn't serve us in some way as a coping mechanism, we wouldn't be doing it. And I recommend speaking to a therapist about it if you haven't already; they can give you skills to help reframe your mind around food and get better. Best of luck.

thanks. I do try to eat less during the day since I know I'll eat so much in the evening. But I'm not restricting. I don't have that type of self control. I think it's mostly caused by being lonely at night. Or cause I feel emotional empty and i fill that with food. I also get high everything and get the munchies.

I struggled a lot with impulsive eating before i was diagnosed with adhd. Stimulant meds changed my life in a lot of ways, including making impuse eating wayyyyyy easier to manage. if you think you might have adhd def talk to a professional and look into treatment options
