After trying a lot of natural stuff like all kind of vitamins, minerals and holistic medicine, the best thing for me was exercising. It reduced my fibro more than anything else

I do! I really wanted to avoid taking meds so I found the best natural combo of things that relieve my pain. First, I make sure that I get enough sleep every night, going to bed and waking up at the same time each day and I avoid screen time just before bedtime. Second, I built an exercise program with a physical therapist which helps me strengthen my muscles. Third, I let myself rest every time I get tired. Forth, I try to eat a balanced and healthy diet and reduce caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. Lastly, I try to reduce stress by doing things I love such as yoga and family meeting. Hope this helps!

You are put into a tank with 10 gallons of water and thousands of lbs of epsom salt. You float for 30 minutes up to 2 hours. I felt amazing after this. It only lasted a few days but well worth it. Can’t do if you are claustrophobic.

I had a medical card (it's not legal in my current state) but I got used it really fast. What are floats like? I'm claustrophobic but I hear they are very therapeutic?

Meditate, got my medical card, epsom salt baths and their are floats out there. If you want to know more about epsom floats let me know. Low inflammation diet, heating pads and Icy hot patches.

What's your favorite tips? I like chamomile and epsom salt baths for the spasms. I also drink chamomile tea.

I do. I really attempt to connect to my body and listen to what it needs. I dont take meds except the occasional Tylenol.
