      For me, life is a wave. A pattern of terrible fear and sadness leading through normalcy up to happiness and then right back down again. All I can say is ride the wave and eventually you will be at the peak again.

      Hey man I'm dealing with the same issue at a younger age. Never been in any formal relationship with a girl and I feel undesirable. Turning 30 this year and everyone my age is either married or at least has a kid or something. Hang in there. I talk to my friends about it and the one thing they keep telling me is to focus on myself. If I don't love me I can't expect other people to. Seems contradictory because idk why I should love myself if no one else does but I'm still working that out. If you can't be happy by yourself you're not going to be happy with someone else even if you get everything you wanted. It stems from something deeper inside you need to deal with. Idk what that is and I'm not going to tell you to go confess your sins or anything but that's what I've been learning going through it myself. I think I'm going to try to make some accomplishable life goals that I can meet to justify to myself that I have something going for me. In the past, all my life goals were unattainable. Still working it out but best of luck to you
