I’ve also been dealing with anxiety and depression for about 10 years, there are definitely highs and lows. This is a low but it will balance out, if you can talk to your doctor and see what they can do if they are rubbish go to a different doctor, believe me someone will help you, you absolutely can and will get through this, this too shall pass xx

My depression is getting worse to but I think mine is boiling down because of my health and doctors giving up on trying to figure out what is wrong with me and not being able to handle a full time job bc of my health also.

Hey, I feel the same and I live with family. I can't talk to them about shit because they're all two faced and extremely judgemental. It makes me feel more alone and it sucks everyday. You can talk, vent or whatever you feel like talking about with me.
