Oh, I relate. I could have written this post. 🙏❤️

This is going to sound really cheesey but I have found it to be true. You have to love yourself and live for yourself first (!) before you can love and be loved by others, as well as live for and with others. It’s not easy to be comfortable with ourselves, but the more we tell ourselves that we’re enough and we love who we are, we will believe that and other people will see it too. And, people can bring each other up for sure - we’re not always going to feel loved or hopeful or happy and that’s when we need each other - you have to have the right people in your life. Supportive, understanding, caring people. If those people don’t exist in your life right now, we’re here for you, and you will get through this and come out a stronger person. We are presented with difficulty in order to overcome it and adapt and get stronger. I hope this helps and please find this place to be a safe one as well as a caring one 💕 we’re here to listen and help.
