I’ve been doing really good compared to my past self but I still feel like shit. Then there was a guy I liked that rejected me and now we’re not even friends. A part of me wants to say he’s in the wrong but the other thinks it’s me. I’m afraid I’ll be incapable of finding love too, and I have a bit of separation anxiety so being single is freaking me out 😵💫.

I'm not able to find love either and it hurts me, I wish for the best for you tho, I know you can do it. I know being single hurts but it's good to take a long break from relationships. Been doing the opposite for me but I'm sure everything will get better for you okay?. Anxiety sucks..

That sounds like it sucks. The best you can do for yourself and it’s what’s most important is to love yourself before you love others. A good reason for this is because healthy people are naturally attracted to healthy people, and mentally healthy people are attracted to mentally unhealthy people. Similar people attract each other with any sort of relationship. I can relate to the first thing you said. Ups and down are coming and sometimes mental health can worsen due to external and internal circumstances. I got confused on who’s “in the wrong” but I do think it’s important to realize that others people’s opinions of you shouldn’t diminish your self worth. About the fear of not finding love, I think you need to ask yourself why do you fear if, like get the out thoughts that you are experiencing using words. You can then try to understand the reality of the situation and that you’ll be okay without it (u don’t need to man lol (or woman?)). It’s hard to love yourself but try to think of it more like an action. Like for example, I’m feeling kinda ugh today so I’ll take a nice bubble bath. I am feeling energetic today so I’ll do something nice for my body like exercise or eat something healthy because even if I don’t like it I know it’s good for me (like medicine). Something like that, even if your feeling tell you otherwise try to act on your best interest. I hope this helped and if you need to talk more I’m free to listen
