Having a moment to just sit and breathe. This could be meditation, praying, or just taking about 1-5 minutes of breathing with my eyes closed. Not thinking about what stresses you out is difficult, but just doing that for 5 minutes can really help. It's not procrastination if it's a controlled break, and especially if it can help you focus on the task once you're done. š

Self care, I go on walks. I have also learned when Iām at a point that is no longer normal nor helpful and usually at that point I do some combination of stepping back and self care
