I feel like no matter what I do I'm never going to be good enough for anyone. I try so hard to do what other people want me to do, but every time I think I'm doing well I get told that I need to do better.

I currently fighting that battle as well. The best advice i can give is that, if you ask a room of people to taste a cake, at least one person will have something negative to say, even if it was baked by the best cook in the world. In the end, your opinion needs to matter to you just as much, if not more than other people’s opinion. You know your body best, much better than anyone else. As long as you are taking care of yourself and doing what you can, when you can, then youre doing great. Shame and fear of disappointment does not help us grow

I can relate. I've recently been advised that my people pleasing tendencies are due to my cPTSD. Which i know isn't helpful to hear, but it explains why we value others opinions so much. Sending love 💕
