Feeling Unliked: Dealing with Social Anxiety

Don't always believe everything you think. Is it really the end of the world if they don't? If you like yourself that's all that matters anyway. People pleasing is not a life to live. I should know I been doing it all 42 years on earth 🌎. I have bad days don't get me wrong. Dr. Suess said "Be who you are say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind". So fly your freak flag with me and find our new friend circles and who knows those people who you think don't like you may think the same about you. Another point of advice is most people are self enveloped like you and I are worried about what others think of us. Some may look confident but they just faking until they make it. What people think at the end of the day doesn't change a thing. Let them think whatever they want you know your truth and those who actually matter know your truth too. You are exactly who you are supposed to be and you look the way you are supposed to. Accept it, and get on with life...so much more to life than worrying about what others think of yourself. I hope this was helpful and not harsh...I wish someone had told me this when I was an elementary school student facing bullying. 🤗 Hugs 🤗 I know it's easier said than done and there is always times we fall back into that mode...just get back on the horse and keep trudging forward. I mean life is a dance so get out there and dance.
