My cousin and I are getting along a lot better which has helped with my depression and anxiety. But I’m afraid I rely on him too much to distract me. I usually go to music and YouTube or work but lately it’s been draining me more and more bc of the people I work with. I wish these bad feelings would disappear. I’m also aware of how lucky I am though. But still. It’s not enough sometimes.
