Hey everyone. Just looking for a little encouragement. I have depression and anxiety. I'm having some really off days. To add to my stress I've been working a lot, and now having relationship problems. I feel like I can't catch a break. I feel manic, and can't seem to break the cycle. how do you deal with feeling this way? I'm on medication, but still trying to find the right combo. I'm exhausted. thanks for reading.

      Sorry to hear about this. I myself definitely understand the frustration and situation. I learned that sometimes taking a short break alone to think, to cry, and just to let things out has helped me in a way people never could. I no longer hold in what I thought was wrong. I started telling people how I felt, how they make me feel and so on because it seemed to make me feel tons better. Especially if a relationship is ruff and they don't understand it helps just letting what you feel out.

      Very sorry to hear that, have you ever tried aromatherapy for your anxiety? My friend got me a bath and body works lotion that helps me when I get my anxiety episodes. The depression stuff is hard to find things that help, but I've found distracting yourself with hobbies or anything can help.
