it's late at night for me which is probably not the best time to worry but it's starting to get really stressful in the world. I feel like everything is going to end before I get a chance to do anything. and if I tried to do anything, life wouldn't let me get out without serious damage and consequences due to circumstance. it's getting bad out there. and I don't know if I'll ever leave my safe room, or if it'll eventually come to me anyway.

      Sometimes you’ve just got to disconnect from social media and the news just for your own mental health. (Easier said than done, I know) I was the same way, trying to adjust to socializing again and leaving the house after quarantine but also trying to be less codependent. I’m in a situation where I live with someone who is constantly focusing on the negative and it really does hurt because I have anxiety and depression and I just soak all of that up like a sponge. If everything is overwhelming to you right now, you’re allowed to take small steps in a direction you want to go in. I got to where I was able to leave the house and treat myself to a little retail therapy but I think the most important part of that was getting some sun, fresh air, and time away from the house.
