can anyone help me?.. lately I've been feeling more and more depressed and I've realized most of it is triggered by anxiety.. slowly I feel like I'm loosing everyone I love.. especially my boyfriend.. I think he's where most of my depression is being worsened. now don't get me wrong he's not doing anything wrong it's just my anxiety getting the best of me.. but the last day of school we didn't exactly end on good terms.. but we seem to be better now.. I just feel like with every little misunderstanding or little fight we have he pulls more and more away from me.. and we still haven't even seen each other since are last little tiff on the last day of school. but we text.. idk. I really wanna see him and he says he misses me.. but I don't know what to do

It's good you understand the root cause of your depression: anxiety, esp the fear of losing the ones you love. Sometimes the ones we love want to be there for us, but they may feel overwhelmed and need some space and to set boundaries. Take back a step and ask, what do I need from them? What do they need? When will be a good time to see them? And tell yourself reassuring things like, they still love me even when we're apart. Every disagreement your relationship survives, your communication gets better. The distance you perceive as pulling away could mean your bf still feels the pain and is taking time and space to heal and to help you heal too. I'm glad he still texts you.

Just do what you think is best. I know that's not a good answer and believe me I have such a hard time making decisions that I just dont. But if you want something go for it. And if you feel safe try getting some help. Controlled medications have helped me a lot. If you ever wanna talk just dm me šŸ’•
