hi all, I'm a newbie, I have fibromyalgia, GAD and depression. I get so frustrated by the lack of help I get from my GP, the last visit I was told to find an online forum for ideas!!! so here I am. hoping for a bit of company and to find people who also have similar conditions x

thank you so much. I struggle with the fibro pain/exhaustion and my doctor just keeps upping the gabapentin. I struggle with my mental health and feel so lonely at times.
My gp doesn't support my care with my autoimmune conditions. I go to a rheumatologist to manage my fibro. He does a much better job simply because he knows more and it's part of his specialty. My health has improved since going to specialist

I have all three as well as others and I was in gabapentin for many years and my pain mgmt doctor has now started me in Lyrica and it's made a huge improvement in my pain levels. I'm still titrating up, but I'm not in the amount of pain I've been in every single winter previously. How much gabapentin do you take a day?
I am sorry to hear about your doctor. Mine sent me to a rheumatologist who put me on tizanidine and Cymbalta. I hope you get the help you need. Feel free to dm me anytime!
