sometimes when i feel like binging i just chew gum instead. it feels like ur eating something but in reality ur taking in like 5 calories. also remember to be gentle with urself. a lot of the time when i binge i feel so bad abt myself and i hate myself for doing it but i have to remember to be gentle with myself and tell myself that i tried my best, and i'll do better next time.

I'd reccomend visiting the intuitive eating community. It won't work for everyone but it was created with the intention of helping those with eating disorders. So it's worth a try!
