I crave and binge on sugary foods. I know it's a problem but I keep doing it daily. I'm so ashamed and disappointed in myself.

I have had the same situation for 60 years. When I see a cake in the break room, I want to eat the whole thing! I don't have a lot of answers yet, but I've been told to buy sugar-free popsicles and keep them in the freezer, especially the Popsicle Brand. That way, you can eat a zero calorie sweet treat and say this is what I'm doing to help with my cravings.

You can drink savorized water! Or water with a tiny pinch of salt to help yourself getting more hydrated and forgetting about the food And to make your jaw tired Breath gum that doesn't have sugars

Fill yourself up with water and chew gum. When I chew gum I don’t wanna eat because I’m tired of chewing and gum is flavourful.

I have to find something to do, like go on a walk or listen to music, whatever gets your mind off of eating. The cravings will go away, you gotta remember that. Stay strong my friend!
