My tens machine and cervical spine pillow are my best friends at the moment! Definitely the most helpful things I've found! Baths if you can cope with them (I know I struggle some times bc my body doesn't regulate heat properly) can be quite helpful too

Epsom salt baths, electric blankets and massage. My partner did massage at college so he could help.

I find relief by using heat like an electric blanket or hot Epsom salt bath. I also find that stretching and massage can help too.

One huge thing that took me forever to learn is to mind my spoons, I overdue myself so much because I just have all these things I need to do and can't seem to even make a dent before I'm spent, over time i got better at prioritizing and telling when i need to take a chill so i can get up and continue instead of crashing out for the day. But as far as actual helping the pain I rely on compression gloves, vaping thc, and topical pain relievers so I'm curious to see what others might recommend ๐Ÿค—
