ADHD and Pituitary Tumor: Is There a Connection?

Do you guys have both ADHD and a benign pituitary tumor? I know lack of Dopamine is related to ADHD and the overproduction of prolactin, and even though there seems to be minimal medical research, I wonder if the two might be related. After starting cabergoline, (which increases dopamine) for my tumor/cyst (they aren’t sure which), I feel more clear minded and am starting to feel attraction to other people a bit more. My psychiatrist also told me her other patient who had a cyst was also ADHD, and that her ADHD medication didn’t need to be as high after starting cabergoline.
