Does anyone else make lists when they’re procrastinating? Because many times I’ll be in class and instead of doing my work I’ll just make a list of all things I need to do when I get home or all of my assignments that I need to do. I always make the excuse of telling myself that it’s necessary and important but I usually never end up using them anyways.

@Meowjuana_420 that’s a good point. I’ll try this and see how it works! Thanks for the idea

Instead of writing down everything write down one or 2 things then reward yourself with something you enjoy doing. Looking at a huge list of things to do is in its self overwhelming.

i do this religiously!! it sometimes just eases that anxiety about it for me at the moment and helps me feel in control again even if it is useless. sometimes i’ll stick it on the fridge or show it to my partner so that they can help remind me and that sometimes helps too
