      It’s really hard to do, but just… repeat to yourself (when you become aware that you’ve been procrastinating) -say to yourself, I need to get up, I need to go be productive. And repeat that until you forget what you were doing to avoid doing work- and proceed to go do what you need to do

      Ugh same! I haven't exactly found a way to handle this yet, but what I do is the moment I think of something, I write it down and if I can, do it. I know this isn't the most efficient way of doing things but it could help🤷🏾‍♀️

      I like making a list everyday of what I need to do that day. It really helps me feel more accomplished
