I have a lot of work to do but I can’t seem to do it I can’t bring myself to do it. Any tips?

try breaking it up! e.g if you have to clean you room just focus on picking up anything green, and continue! the little sucessions should bring you enough motivation to move onto the next and not looking at it as one big mess should help to not overwhelm you :)

Task lists n.n ! I have a very hard time with this aswell, I find writing things down multiple times around my house helps me collect what needs to be done. I order it from importance to things that don’t immediately have to be done. Colanders help a lot too! Because if already have so much to do in one day I don’t want to overload and exhaust myself and can figure out what can be done another day. If you’re able to aswell, body doubling ! I find that it’s a lot easier to get things done when they’re someone accompanying me, even if they’re not physically doing the task.
