Struggling with OCD: Anyone else?

Hi I also suffer from OCD for years. I am a cleaning fanatic and wash my hands 30 4050 times a day. My thumbs are so dried out cracked and split. I’ve been literally wrapping my thumbs at night because they’re so bad,for 2 1/2 years. I do not know what ERP is but would love to find out. This is also a mind over matter situation you can choose to walk away from the pile of dishes in the sink or the toys all over the living room floor have someone else help you. but self care is different the germs and the dirt that we touch going in and out of stores, with this pandemic I was totally prepared. it’s so hard for me, hand sanitizer wipes sanitizers all just tries out my hands even more so I feel like I am stuck in the situation that just keeps going around and around, if anyone has any suggestions I would surely appreciate them.
