Hi, I have been suffering from OCD for most of my life now. I was medically diagnosed with it at the age of 15. I’m now 45 years old. I have intrusive thoughts. I also have an obsession with “perfection” and organization. I walk around my house all day and night rearranging everything in all of my rooms in my house which often leads to me neglecting my house work and other responsibilities that I’m supposed to get done. I have to do things over and over and over and over again until “ it feels just right” which is very time consuming and completely frustrating!!!!!!!! I was wondering if anyone can relate to this behavior and if so what if anything helps you get better control over the situation??? Any suggestions and or advice would be greatly appreciate!!!!!! Thank you in advance for your time!!!
