Male infertility refers to a male's inability to cause pregnancy in a fertile female. There are many causes for male infertility, resulting in decreased sperm count, abnormal sperm morphology/motility or problems in ejaculation. Among the causes for male infertility are: genetic disorders, hormonal disorders, various infections, varicocele, smoking, past chemotherapy, obstruction of reproductive ducts and more.

Signs & symptoms
there are many causes for male infertility, each of them may have different signs and symptoms. some conditions may have no signs at all except for the inability to cause pregnancy.
Diagnosis
