Seeking Advice on Sarcoidosis and Fibromyalgia Symptoms

Had ACE level in March of 95. As of last week, ACE was 97. Symptoms are fatigue, joint and muscle pain. Lack of sleep due to joint pain. Two nodules less than a centimeter and tiny granuloma in lungs. other symptoms make me suspect fibromyalgia possibly: tender points. But I also have an elevated ANA which was 1:320 in September and March but as of last week was 1:640. Sjogrens was suspected but now ruled out. Has anyone been prescribed hydroxychloriquine for sarcoidosis? Has anyone been awarded SS Disability for sarcoidosis?

My ACE Score is 82 - What Does This Mean?

hi new here, my ? is my Sr ran my labs,my ACE ( Angiontensin Converting Enzyme) came in with a score of 82, which USUALLY means positive for Sarcoidosis.. however when they did my cat scan,it showed ABSOLUTELY NO INFLAMMATION OF ANY ORGANS,....SO my Dr is stumped... anybody else have this happen??,

I’ve had Sarcoidosis for two years now I was on prednisone and then off the prednisone but recently in the last two months got back on it I feel out of breath all the time anybody else had any type of medication‘s that worked better than steroids so I’m not so out of breath
