Seizures that don't fully come out

Does anyone else have some seizures that don't fully come out like they are stuck at different stages. I sometimes only have headaches and jerks or aruas. They may progress with my body getting stiff and more jerks and eyes twitching but I don't go unconscious and get stuck there. I'm on medication and wondering if it's just doesn't fully come out. Too be honest I would rather have it as it horrible being awake.

Weird Experience Last Night: Dissociation or Absence Seizure?

I experienced something weird last night. It felt like dissociation, but I was still kind of there. And afterwards I had enough energy to mumble when spoken to, and I was "lagging," answering questions that were asked 2 questions ago. Then I had a small migraine (light throbbing feeling) and very tired/mentally drained. I don't know if this was an absence seizure or really bad dissociation that I was trying to "fight."
