I do deal with side affects to a new medication so something I've tried to help with that is when I decide to go on a new medication I take the smallest dose then increase the dose gradually. It helps when I'm trying a new medication because ive noticed the side affects are a lot less bad as my body got used to the new medicine. I hope this helps

It's really difficult to adjust to the side effects. I've had to change my medications a few times because of them. If you can't stand your medication's side effects you should ask about switching to a different medication or changing the dosage. My biggest struggle has been with eating. I need to try very hard to eat more than 1 meal a day, what helps is by eating with other people for my meals because it's a motivator
