Hello I was just wanting to ask, is normal to not lose every week?

I’m wondering if anyone can relate. I lost about 12 lbs on .25 in 6 weeks. 1lb the 4 weeks of .5. Today I started 1.0 and I’m nervous as heck! The most I got out of .5 were muscle aches and leg cramps. I just gave myself the 1.0 tonight. Here’s to hoping the weight starts coming off.

I am just starting my journey of movement and I would really love to add yoga. I am terrified. Being overweight as I am and round the poses scare me. Being unfit as I am...well. yeah. Any advice?

Hello everyone! I can admit that I am a terrible diabetic. I am severely addicted to soda and juice, sugary drinks. I have read debates and studies against drinking diet drinks because aspartame is horrible for you. I am really trying to kick this. If anyone has any advice, I greatly appreciate it!
