Any tips to help breathing through all of this air quality problems from the wildfires? I’m just not okay

      @Ash.G yeah I’m too broke for a mask but when I have the money I’m going to buy a decent mask

      I am not able to wear masks because it makes my glasses fog up and I struggle to breathe properly with them. But some people suggest N95 masks. I hope this advice helps. I don't have CF, but I definitely have long covid breathing issues.

          @Mickey1210 I am glad I could help. You can also try having a wet cloth tied around your nose and mouth. I'm not entirely sure if it's as effective, but I've seen people do it. Where I am you can't even find good N95 masks. I am struggling with air quality in my part of Canada as well. We are getting smoke from a lot of the forest fires including ones that are in Ontario and also from Detroit being so polluted.
