I hear you and I am so sorry you and your grandson are going through this. I have to remind myself to take deep breaths when it's safe. I'm anxious a lot and my breathing has become very shallow, which doesn't help matters at all.

Yes definitely ozone day are really bad for me and my grandson we both are using our inhalers a lot more we have had COVID three times now I still have it they said it's the long kind going on two months now I don't get out much but when I do I haft to have that inhaler
