      stress is the biggest one. dehydration and sleep deprivation too

      and in general i avoid things that can lower seizure thresholds such as sudafed and melatonin. researching OTC medications for potential issues with my epilepsy has helped a lot, neurologists/docs are usually more focused on direct interactions and don't always know as much as they should
