Weird Health Issues and No Answers

So I haven't posted much on here about what's been going on with me but I have some weird health issues and nobody has been able to figure them out. it seems it may even be happening to other family members. I got blood work done and thought it was vitamin deficiencies. it even still could be, or I could have an autoimmune disease. but I've noticed that my symptoms get worse if I'm fighting an infection of some sort. the first time when it was really bad (severe vertigo, nausea,panic attacks, stomach pain, diarrhea, headaches) I had a bad sinus infection. this time, months later, it's a UTI. I am seeing a doctor tomorrow but I can hardly function. anyone have any idea what could be happening to me? Please help...I'm scared I'm not going to make it through this..
