Struggling with Mental and Physical Health Issues

I've been dealing with mental health issues and health issues for along time now. and I feel like no one and no doctor ever listens to me. I recently found out I'm deficient in ALOT of vitamins and my gut health is terrible. I'm now on tons of supplements and other medications I so badly just want to feel better and normal !!!! but nothing ever seems to help or get better ! doctors and people always chalk my symptoms up to anxiety and shove me to the side it's so frustrating! I have TONS of symptoms every single day I never have a " normal" day. I'm also anxouis and depressed because I always feel so sick!! my symptoms are : brain fog stomach issues ( IBS & GERD) low vitamin levels headaches insomnia no sex drive pressure and tightness from my head to my toes feeling as if I could crawl out of my skin dry skin hair loss really struggle to wake up early in the morning ( takes me awhile to actually become fully awake) palpations back pain ( from a car accident) health anxiety depression anxiety GAD mood swings memory loss appetite up & down hands and feet always ice cold feeling anxouis 24/7 for no reason very self aware of my body vertigo no energy no matter how much I sleep lack of motivation excessive sweating can't remember my dreams at all become very irratted quickly breast pain bruise easily lack in interest in anything and everything I could go on and on .... I just feel so alone , scared and lost and I don't know what to do anymore. 🥺

Have you ever been to a naturopathic medical provider? I've never been personally but I've heard good things. Especially if you aren't getting results from a "regular" doctor. What medicines are you on?

I see a functional medicine Dr and he's the ONLY one that has helped me over the years ! But I still don't feel right 😥 and yeah the supplements I started about 3 weeks ago but I haven't taken some of them in 3 days now cuz I feel like there not helping 😥😥

Hey, I believe that mental health and physical health are related to each other and affect each other. Fixing your vitamins levels is necessary to help your mental health. I can’t say for sure if it will fix the problem but i know that vitamin deficiency affects the mental health

I have Many vitamins I'm deficient in 😥 I just started omega 3, b12, upped my vit d to 5,000 units, I take a protein powder supplement, and slow FE iron. My problem is ....if I feel like it's not working fast enough or I feel like it's doing more harm then good I stop 😥 and I know logically I haven't given them enough time I've been on them for almost a month.
